Youth Development Tutor

Location: National role with national travel
Purpose: To engage with employers to identify suitable Traineeship & Apprenticeship placements
To engage with young people and referring organisation to place them into suitable Traineeship vacancies.
To provide specialist qualifications advice, administrative support and guidance to 16-24 and Traineeship learners as part of the overall enrolment and induction process.
To coach 16-24 and Traineeship learners through a suitable programme of teaching, learning & assessment, from induction to certification.
To ensure the programme meet the needs of the learner and employer, as well as external and internal audit requirements.
Based: Home-based, working with learners at their workplace or other venues on behalf of Qube learning.

Programme Design Specialist

Location: National role with national travel
Purpose: Work internally and with external stakeholders designing effective learning programmes integrating appropriate Apprenticeship standards and other resources as required by the company. Provide proactive expert information, advice and guidance that drives compliance alongside commerciality to employers and colleagues.

Learning Support Specialist

Location: Bedfordshire
Purpose: To facilitate the development and delivery of learner Maths and English skills flexibly across learning programmes (both government funded and commercial). In addition supporting individuals including those with identified learning difficulties and disabilities to enable them to achieve their overall learning objectives. The role will support and drive the company Learning Support strategy through delivery of one to one and where required group learning. It will also provide support with the engagement and recruitment of learners and employers to learning programmes, supporting the delivery of learning to enable timely learner achievement and progression.
