We are currently recruiting for two roles and have several openings accross the country:
1. Learner Engagement Manager: 25-30k
The Role:
Midlands (homebased) – National Coverage.
We are looking for a dynamic Learner Engagement Manager to manage and motivate the team of Qualification Advisors. The role reports to the People Services Director who is responsible for Quality and Compliance.
Building on your experience of managing a geographically dispersed team to achieve high performance, you will be highly motivated with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of funding eligibility.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage the team of Qualifications Advisors to achieve high performance
- Achieve agreed learner enrolment targets, utilising resources effectively
- Manage workflow to ensure targets are achieved and volumes maximised
- Act as funding specialist within the business, providing information, advice and guidance internally
You will be a stickler for quality and attention to detail, with a proven background in field team management within a learning environment.
Strong organisation and communication skills are essential.
2. Learning Advisor (Apprenticeship/NVQ Assessor):
The Role:
Health and Social Care (Adults) Learning Advisor (Apprenticeship/ NVQ Assessor): Various opportunities accross England.
Our Learning Advisors guide learners through their qualifications using observation, assessment and training to assist in the collection of evidence for portfolios. The right person will have good communication and interpersonal skills and an in-depth understanding of the learner journey. We are looking for such an individual with experience in delivering Diploma in Health and Social Care Levels 2 and 3.

Job Purpose:
- Planning training and assessments with the learners and employers.
- Coaching and guiding the learner through their qualification.
- Assessing the learner and ensuring their evidence meets national standards.
- Providing continual feedback and support to learners.
Essential:
- D32/D33 and/or A1.
- PTTLS Award (or equivalent).
- Occupational competence in the relevant sector.
- Proven track record of assessing NVQs and apprenticeships.
- English and Maths GCSE grade C or above or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good time management and administrative skills.
- Willing to travel for work purposes and access to a car for work.

The competative salary package includes a generous completion bonus scheme. In addition Qube will provide full funding for the training and certification for all relevant qualifications and awards required for practitioners in the assessment and training sector.
