Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills. As a training provider we must achieve certain standards and Ofsted is one of the bodies which assesses our processes. Ian ensures we are aware of changing regulations, qualifications and standards. He is our Operations Director so he is involved in much more than just our Ofsted Assessment. Due to his wide ranging skills Ian has been involved in our learner portfolio development, running staff feedback meetings for our self assessment report, assessing and improving our quality cycle and guiding us through our inspecions from awarding bodies. |

As well as managing our Skills for Life sector of the Delivery team, Louise has recently successfully lead us into achieving the Matrix Standard. Matrix is the quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. Ruth delivers coaching and mentoring for new and developing colleagues. She delivers structured coaching, training and assessment as identified by the Senior Management Team. She also supports the Senior Management Team to plan, develop and implement appropriate management training to ensure the business is equip to support the clients’ needs. She is also a Learning Advisor in her home region |

Cathy is based at our Bedford office. She manages all operational aspects of this office as well as coordinating all activities relating to our awarding body administration. Cathy carrysout the registration and certification processes for all the components of our learner's programmes. She also distributes our learner's certificates once they have completed and provides support to our Internal Verifiers. |

Sue’s role is to manage the quality assurance and compliance across different aspects of the business including Sales, Costs, Quality, Process & efficiency and relationship management by auditing and reporting. Sue’s role is to ensure that the minimum standards of the business is met, to develop and improve performance |
