Every organisation depends upon good customer service to succeed, internally and externally.
We often find that our customers want to embark on a full customer service programme – focusing on developing the technical and behavioural skills required to meet & exceed the customers’ expectations.
The technical skills required for a job (e.g. an administrator) are often embedded into the development that comes in changing the focus of a role to that of a customer-orientated department.
