Through our management and team leading programmes we support and develop team leaders and managers to achieve their business and personal targets.
Many newly appointed team leaders were originally good members of staff that have been promoted. Our assess / train / assess model enables this group to focus on their needs and those of their team.
Our Team Leading Apprenticeship includes:
- Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Team Leading
- Level 2 BTEC Technical Certificate in Team Leading
- Level 1 Application of Number Key Skill
- Level 2 Communication Key Skill

Our Advanced Management Apprenticeship includes:
- Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management
