The National Skills Academy for Creative & Cultural is a network of over 200 theatre and live music employers working with our network of Founder Colleges throughout England to develop, improve and recognise the skills of people working in the sector. It is working to improve skills development opportunities for those entering the sector as well as those already employed within it, and to provide a single, collective standard for skills development in the sector.
