As a result you will gain a nationally recognised qualification in the form of an Apprenticeship, an NVQ Certificate or Diploma, Key Skills, a Technical Certificate as well as knowledge of your statutory rights and responsibilities in employment.
In return, your employer is able to benefit from the skills you will learn and put into practice within their business, this can result in a more efficient work force, increased productivity and competitiveness within their market sector.
