Qube Learning Launch Innovative Approach to Apprenticeship Induction

From the 01st August 2012 Qube Learning has introduced a new method of inducting their learners on all Apprenticeship programmes from: Business and Care to Hospitality and Retail. This approach includes an interactive web-based experience and the use of web based learning resources, supplied on a specially designed USB stick and given free to all learners.

“Moving with the times”

All learners enrolling on programme, whilst still receiving the same high quality work-based learning, will be introduced to City & Guilds Learning Assistant. Learning Assistant represents the best in eLearning tools and will give our learners unrivalled access to resources and assessor-contact at all times.

In conjunction with this move to ePortfolio, learners will also receive a USB stick packed with learning resources; information, advice and guidance on their qualification and our new Interactive Apprenticeship Induction, a unique interactive experience designed to inform and inspire.

“Environmentally friendly”

It is estimated that this approach to work-based learning will save up to 90% less resources; paper and other stationery which is often discarded once the qualification has been achieved. With this new approach it is hoped that learners can take away something of transferable value into whatever they do in life.
