Qube confirmed as a ‘Skills for Care’ endorsed provider
We’re delighted to announce that in November 2019 Qube received confirmation that our application to become a ‘Skills for Care’ endorsed provider was successful.
‘Skills for Care’ helps create a well-led, skilled and valued adult social care workforce in England. They’re a trusted independent charity with over 18 years’ experience in workforce development, working as a delivery partner for the Department of Health and Social Care.
Their practical support helps leaders and managers recruit, develop and lead their staff, retaining them from entry level right through to senior leadership and management roles.
As a registered charity they are committed to transparency and evaluating the outcomes and impact of their work.
Tracey Taylor, Head of Operations (Care) at Qube Learning said, “We are so proud to have been endorsed by Skills for Care; this accreditation means they have reviewed our provision and its quality meets or exceeds their benchmarks. We are very passionate about providing quality training to our customers and work very closely with them to ensure that their staff are trained to an outstanding standard.”
