A few words from the CEO
I have been in the work based learning sector since 2007, and before that I spent time working in the Retail industry where I was also heavily involved in the training and development of staff, and managers. I have always been passionate about helping people achieve their full potential whether it be supporting individuals into work through Level 1 achievement or giving them the skills to gain promotion and recognition in their existing roles through higher level qualifications. I passionately believe that people should be limited only by their own ambition.
I am motivated and enthused by the business, and I’m proud of what we have achieved at Qube Learning since I joined in 2014. The funding reforms and the introduction of the Levy have meant that we had to adapt our employer offer and work more closely than ever with a range of businesses to ensure that we are able provide value for money, and return on investment for our customers.
It is a very exciting time for Qube, and the work we have done to date puts us in a great position to continue to grow the business at a confident pace in the future. It has never been a more inspiring time to be involved in the sector, and I am looking forward to many years of success as the figurehead of Qube!
