Qube Learning are proud to be actively integrating eco-friendly practices into the business.
In a modern working world, a business can’t afford to ignore the importance of a creating a strategy that encourages sustainability across all areas of their organisation. At Qube Learning, we continue to instil a range of practices to make sure we are considering our environmental impact on our planet.
Examples of what we are doing to address the above include:
- All our company cars are hybrid or fully electric, dramatically decreasing our C02 levels.
- All Apprenticeships have the option to be delivered remotely via our innovative and successful platforms Vision, OneFile and webinars.
- All other training opportunities having a blended delivery style, whereby a mix of face to face and remote delivery is offered.
- All methods of internal communications are delivered electronically, unless specifically requested in a printed format.
- All our Marketing materials are available as digital downloads, as opposed to solely printed and posted versions.
- Continuing to hold internal meetings remotely where possible, reducing the need to travel by car and in turn reducing our fuel consumption.
Here at Qube Learning, we are passionate about educating our Employers, Students, and our employees about sustainability and what part we can all play to make a difference. This includes general communications without travel, reuse of items such as laptops, paper and what we can do to make our work life a better shade of green.
We understand that these actions will not only benefit us as business, and our workforce, but the world around us, thereby improving overall sustainability.
