We will use a number of approaches to help you find the appropriate employee for your business

  • A free vacancy matching service
  • We will assist you in all areas including, developing the job specification, advertising the vacancy using various online systems and carrying out the initial interview stages
  • You will then be able to carry out an interview with any short listed candidates
  • Once a job offer is made, Qube Learning will then sign-up the candidate onto the appropriate Apprenticeship qualification
  • A dedicated Learning and Development Consultant will support both you and your new apprentice throughout the qualification and will provide any information, advice and guidance needed
  • You will have a fully qualified member of staff from 10 months
