Qube Learning are working with Charterville to help find Care Assistants.
The successful candidate will complete a Adult Care Level 2 qualification, lasting 15 months.
During your apprenticeship you will have a dedicated Skills Tutor, who will make regular appointments virtually or face to face, to support you throughout your qualification.
Maths and English Functional Skills will also be included in your apprenticeship, if you do not already hold a C/4 grade and above in GCSE.
Your apprenticeship will be completed 100% at the workplace.

Charterville Care is part of People in Action, a not for profit charity. We provide a specialist range of care, support and rehabilitation services to clients in their own homes or at dedicated rehabilitation centres.
We specialise in providing care services for the Elderly and those with Dementia, Physical Disabilities, i.e. Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Injury and Strokes, we also have a dedicated support team specialising in rehabilitation of clients with Acquired Brain Injuries.

Your role will involve being a friendly face to help our clients manage everyday tasks as independently as possible, your typical day may include:
- Promoting Client wellbeing through companionship
- Encouraging good nutrition and helping with meal planning
- Supporting Client health by assisting with medication
- Maintaining Client’s privacy and dignity when providing personal care
