Qube Learning are working with Barnes and Partners Solicitors to help find an Apprentice Administrator.
The successful candidate will complete a Business Level 3 advanced qualification lasting 15-18 months.
During your apprenticeship you will have a dedicated Skills Tutor, who will make regular appointments virtually or face to face, to support you throughout your qualification.
Maths and English Functional Skills will also be included in your apprenticeship, if you do not already hold a C/4 grade and above in GCSE.
Your apprenticeship will be completed 100% at the workplace.

Full Job Description Including daily duties
Key Accountabilities:
-To assist and support the accounts department in the provision of administration services to the firm, providing competent and efficient assistance in a timely manner
-Dealing with the accounts billing on a daily basis, making sure the bills are included in all Credit Control files
-Posting Bills
-Posting Credit Notes
-Posting client - office / office - client transfers
-Processing Legal Aid claims
-Sorting LAA Claims received
-Updating Spreadsheets
-Answering the phones for the Department
-Copying information for anyone in the Billing Department
-Stocking up the copier/fax machines on a regular basis
-Assisting the Finance Director with any information requested
-Making teas and coffees for the Department
-Dealing with the storage for and on behalf of the Billing Dept:
-Boxing up all the information due to go into storage
-Making sure that the back office storage room is kept tidy
-Putting away any files that have been closed in the correct place
-Finding any information that any of the team need from storage – if the information not in the office then you will need to recall the box from storage
Hours per week, description of hours
Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
Total hours per week: 35.00

Desired and Essential Qualifications
GCSE or equivalents in English and maths grade 4-9.
Future Prospects
Permanent position in the accounts department as an Accounts Junior.
