Salary - £30,000 - £33,500 depending on experience

Working alongside our Internal Development Manager and Internal Vocational Specialists, this brand new role will involve the support and development of colleagues in line with Qube's internal development programme.
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of effective learning solutions that embrace individual learning styles to drive standards and required improvements in learning and development within Qube. Contributing to Departmental & Tutor Development Plans you will support continuous improvement amongst the Qube workforce and provide ongoing coaching and support.
This role would suit somebody who currently works in a Tutor/Assessor Apprenticeship training or performance mangement role within the Appreticeship Industry.
What we are looking for:
- Assessing Qualification (A1/TAQA/CAVA)
- Teaching qualification equivalent to L4 essential – L5 desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous management experience is desirable
- Confident in the delivery of qualifications in maths and English up to L3
- UK Driving Licence and access to a car
