We are looking for a talented individual to work within our marketing department. We are a national training provider specialising in Apprenticeships, Traineeships and short courses.
This position would suit someone who has some experience within design and marketing. You will be highly motivated, creative and versatile.
You will work closely with various teams within Qube to produce marketing materials, social media campaigns and various other graphics and marketing associated tasks.
The role is home based with frequent travel to our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Producing eye-catching marketing collateral.
- Assisting with the design of digital and print products: working collaboratively across all internal teams to create both print and digital design solutions for our marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining a strong brand identity.
- Publishing engaging content to all our social media platforms and managing the weekly schedule through our preferred social media management software.
- Actioning projects as delegated by the Marketing Manager with confidence to independently see through to completion.
- Maintaining and updating the Company website.
- Managing external suppliers including negotiation of prices.
- Proof reading incoming work and suggesting improvements.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders.
You:
- Creative with a keen eye for detail, taking pride in a high-quality end product.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
- Previous experience in a marketing role would be desirable.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple ongoing projects.
- A problem-solving attitude and a willingness to tackle different challenges.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML and WordPress) would be advantageous.
- Previous knowledge of conference and events planning would be highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively on your own with limited guidance with confidence to understand a brief and take initiative to ask questions is essential.
- Confidence to deliver your thoughts and ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car.
