Operations Manager - Work based learning
Location: Ideally based around the Kent area, overseeing Kent, London, Sussex and Surrey (OM's may be required to cover / manage locations outside of their region to meet business needs). You will be home based with regional travel.
Due to business growth we have a brand new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Business Services team in the South!
The role is to support our Business Services Tutors to deliver outstanding levels of operational excellence, quality, compliance and teaching & learning, from induction to End-Point Assessment (EPA).
You will be overseeing the delivery of Business Services Apprenticeships including Retail, Customer Services, Business Administration, Team Leader Supervisor, Facilities and Supply Chain / Logistics qualifications.
Ensuring that all teaching & learning based activities meet the needs of the student and employer, as well as external and internal quality requirements.
With over twenty years' experience in the education sector, we are an Ofsted Grade 2 training provider that specialises in vocational courses, short courses and e-learning. We pride ourselves on working with recognisable brands - including John Lewis, JD Group, NHS, Sainsbury's, Matalan, GSK, Joules and many more. We deliver a range of training and qualifications to various industries across the UK.
This is a home based role with regional travel.
Requirements:
- Experienced Work Based Learning Operations Manager (experience of managing Skills Tutors)
- Experience and knowledge within the Apprenticeship / work based learning sector
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Experience within Retail Management, Business Management or Facilities Management is desirable but not essential
- UK Driving Licence and access to a car with business cover
- Assessing Qualification (A1/PTLLS/TAQA/CAVA)
- V1/EPA qualification desirable
