Quality Assurance Coach / IQA - Health & Social Care - Homebased

About the role:

The Quality Assurance Coach role will support and drive continuous quality improvement which underpins the business functions.

This role involves all aspects of internal quality assurance, colleague development and curriculum development. This is a varied role which will require flexibility as you will be home based but cover nationally when required. 

About you:

  • Competent within Health and Social Care up to Level 3 (Level 5 desirable) 
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • IQA qualification (D34, VI, AIQA)
  • Experienced in Functional Skills 
  • Experienced Assessor/Tutor
  • Self motivated as this role is home based
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Must hold a driving licence and have access to a car
