Quality Assurance Coach / IQA - Health & Social Care - Homebased
Qube Learning have an opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic individual to join our Quality Team as a remote based Quality Assurance Coach/IQA.
About the role:
The Quality Assurance Coach role will support and drive continuous quality improvement which underpins the business functions. We are looking for someone who has a solid background in Health & Social Care and holds an IQA/V1/D34 qualification or equivalent.
This role involves all aspects of internal quality assurance, colleague development and curriculum development. This is a varied role which will require flexibility as you will be home based but cover nationally when required.
About you:
- Competent within Health and Social Care up to Level 4 (Level 5 desirable)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- IQA qualification (D34, VI, AIQA)
- Experienced in Functional Skills
- Experienced Assessor/Tutor
- Self motivated as this role is home based
- Excellent administrative skills
- Must hold a driving licence and have access to a car
