A Brief History:
Paula Crilly has been working for Southern Cross Care as an Administrator for 4 years, based at Highground Care Home in Oxton-on-the-Wirral. She was encouraged to undertake the Business Administration Level 2 NVQ by her Manager Brian Jones, who felt that she deserved a qualification and recognition for her hard work. The qualifications would also give her the opportunity to develop her administration skills and gain qualifications in Maths and English.
