A Brief History:

Qube has supported Kirklees Council in its effort to raise standards and improve the confidence and professional capabilities of its employees. Qube works primarily in the catering service, but has delivered qualifications in all area of the business.

“The majority of our people have no formal qualifications and when they initially embark on the training programmes have had a tendency to lack confidence. However, with the dedicated support, coaching and training provided by the assessors (Learning Advisors) they have grown in confidence and achieved a 100% pass rate to date. From an organisational point of view, completion of Apprenticeships and NVQs have been valuable for our succession planning and has been motivational to people within our team.

Since the beginning of (our) partnership with Qube Learning my lead contact has been Nathan Wallbank. Nathan has worked tirelessly to ensure that our exact requirements have been met and has always ensured the training sessions were delivered to the high standards set. Feedback from these sessions has been excellent and the skills gained have been successfully applied to the workplace.
