A Brief History:

Like so many, Ronda left school with no qualifications and no confidence. She entered a job as a cleaner where she stayed, never expecting to progress. Since a chance meeting Jo Walker, Learning Advisor at Qube Learning in 2009 thing have drastically changed for Rhonda. She now has improved confidence, a growing list of qualifications and a promotion to Head Housekeeper under her belt.

Qube Learning have been working with the NHS Foundation Trust since January 2009 and are still working closely with us to date. During this time, my experiences with Qube Learning have been positive, exciting and very enjoyable, any issues I and/or my staff and managers have had have been dealt with very quickly and professionally adding to the professionalism of the company. We have had so many staff sign up to do various NVQs and/or apprenticeships, their success and completion mainly due to the dedication and commitment from the learning advisors in particular Jo Walker. The flexibility and Learner support, encouragement and enthusiasm has helped our staff from induction to completion, any issues staff have had have been handled individually encouraging all staff to achieve and improve the learning and development within our Trust. We look forward to many more staff being trained through Qube Learning and look forward to working with Qube and their staff in the future. “I have completed two qualifications with Qube learning. When (my Learning Advisor) Jo arrived she explained it all clearly and made me feel at ease and she guided me through my apprehension. I achieved my course on time and I cannot tell you how I felt, I had left school with nothing and to have achieved this meant a great deal to me. I was later asked if I would like to do another course in Customer Service and rather than pondering, I jumped at the chance. I have now achieved the equivalent of 10 GCSEs with key skills level 1.
