English & Maths - Employer

Ensure poor English and maths skills aren’t holding back your employees, offer your staff the opportunity to upskill at no cost to your business. Have them enrol on one of our fully funded accredited support courses today and benefit from:

We can offer a Government funded English and/or Maths programme to your staff. This is delivered in the workplace and designed around your business needs. It also includes a bespoke programme of softer skills such as confidence building to support further progression onto other qualifications such as an Apprenticeship.

Financial Support for SME’s

As an SME you will receive funding to cover additional costs incurred for the release of your employers to participate in the programme. *For each employee, your business will receive £400 each, for up to three participants at the start of the programme and a further £400 on completion.

Who is it for?

This is for employees over 19 years old, who work a minimum of 8 hours a week and who have a recognised need for English and Maths upskilling (below a level 2, equivalent to GCSE English and Maths).

How does it work?

We will assess the nominated employees requesting English and Maths on a one to one basis. There will be 3 weekly visits which will last 1 ½ - 2 hours with the employee. Please note that this is flexible delivery model. We can make changes to be more accommodating to your business and employee.
