Enhanced Training & Development
What is Enhanced Training and Development (ETD)?
The short answer is; ETD is exactly what you need it to be.
Having worked with hundreds of organisations across dozens of industries in the UK we no longer believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to training and development. We know that learning programmes should answer your needs– and the specific requirements of your business. Our approach will provide a tangible return on your investment.
Enhanced Training and Development seeks to deliver exactly what it says: an enhancement to the regular Apprenticeship. It aims to make a ‘competency based qualification’ into the platform for developing excellence and will maximise the potential of the individual working towards their qualification.
How will Enhanced Training & Development help my business?
We have taken a portfolio of successful commercial workshops in everything from Commercial Legislation and Team Working to Digital Presentation & IT Skills, and combined them with essential training in areas such as COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Manual Handling. This menu of additions to the regular Apprenticeship programmes is designed to make employees undertaking the Enhanced Training & Development more capable and confident in their specific roles.
Improved employee capability and confidence enhances two important factors in the way in which businesses function: Productivity and Satisfaction.
When productivity is enhanced this is quantifiable through increased profitability, improved quality and reduced management overheads.
Enhanced employee satisfaction will in turn increase your customer’s experience, increase productivity and confidence and reduce employee turnover.
These two factors are closely linked and in combination will increase your competitive advantage.

How much will Enhanced Training & Development cost?
ETD costs either £250 or £350 per learner, depending on the qualification which is being undertaken.
This fee pays for a maximum of two; workshops, short courses and specialist training. The combination of training elements delivered depends on your requirements and based upon your business objectives.
