Mental Health Resource and Support Webinar For Students

From the 9 – 15 May is ‘Mental Health Awareness Week 2022’. To highlight this event we invite all Qube Students to join us for our free ‘Mental Health Resource and Support Webinar For Students’. Hosted by professional psychologist and mental health specialist, Paula Gardner.

Comprising of a 45 minute session, followed by a 15 minute Q&A, there will be a range of key topics covered, these include:

  • Creating good habits to guard mental health.
  • Tools and tips to control anxiety.
  • Panic attack management for self and others.
  • Depression signs and symptoms and what can be done to protect themselves.
  • The impact of loneliness and practical steps that can be taken to address it.
