Train to Gain gives your business an impartial, free & independent skills assessment to identify what skills your business needs now and in the future. Qube can then offer funding for training courses, supported by the government which are entirely suited to your needs, schedule and development plans.

Train to Gain is a service to help businesses get the training they need to succeed. It can improve your productivity and competitiveness by making sure that personnel have the right skills to do the best job.

Qube has a long history of delivering successful vocational training, working with businesses to significantly strengthen the abilities of their staff.

In practical terms, Train to Gain means funding for:

Vocational Courses

  • Level 2 Diplomas, Certificates and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)
  • Level 3 Diplomas, Certificates and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)

Core Skills Courses

  • Skills for Life Literacy (English)
  • Skills for Life Numeracy (Maths)

Not all courses are fully funded as this depends on an individual’s prior level of attainment but many are entirely free of charge.

Qube works closely with employers to fit training around their working hours and practices. Our qualified and experienced Learning Advisors will meet every month with the learner (and engage with their employer) to plan, assess and review the training programme.
