Bisham Abbey is a grade 1 listed building near Marlow in Buckinghamshire and is now run by Leisure Connections Ltd on Behalf of Sport England. Although a number of sporting personalities and teams train within the grounds, it is also open to the public.

The Abbey itself has a long history dating back to around 1260, with a wide array of historical references and legends associated with it. It is even said to have its own ghosts! But as we were racing our boats on the river at the rear of the property we cant say we saw any ghostly monks or sixteenth century spirits cheering us on!
