what is Train to Gain?

Train to Gain gives your business an impartial, free & independent skills assessment to identify what skills your business needs now & in the future. Qube can then offer free training courses, funded by the government which are entirely suited to your needs, schedule and development plans.

Train to Gain is a new service run by the Learning and Skills Council, based on the highly successful Employer Training Pilots (ETP) that have been running since 2003. Qube has been providing effective ETP qualifications since the pilot started, specialising in Skills for Life and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs).
