Areas of Responsibility:

• To engage with employers, stakeholders and charitable organisations to deliver employability training to their client groups.
• Work with Head of Business Development (HBD) to develop Skills Development Programmes (SDP).
• To plan and develop Sector Based Work Academies for job-seekers and the unemployed.
• To work with JCP, DWP and other stakeholders to maximise opportunities and achieve recruitment & outcome targets.

Relevant Qualifications/ Experience:

• PTTLS 3, trainer, writing and delivering training packages.
• 6 years experience in the welfare to work sector, work program contracts & various disability contracts.
• Recruitment consultant. Job matching, head hunting, CV writing, interview techniques.
• Team Leader. Performance management, appraisals, team building.
• Debt credit counselling. Budgeting, finance solutions, debt advice.
• Performing arts diploma. Presenting skills, public speaking.
