Areas of Responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities that are aligned with Qube’s business strategy and sales requirements.
  • Manage and develop Integrated Client Management Services (ICMS) process.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Leadership and Management of the Regional Key Account Manager team, ensuring all key accounts have maximum penetration, revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Relevant Qualifications:

  • MA, Durham Business School, University of Durham.
  • BA Hons Sociology, University of Durham.
  • Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS).
