Martin Cawley - Head of Business Development

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Support the Sales Director to manage and implement growth plans, identify funding opportunities and complete tender requests.
  • Support the National Key Accounts Manager in the identification of large employers, the expansion of existing accounts through effective engagement and partnership building in line with Qube and SFA priorities.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and timely reporting of BDT performance through the National Sales Manager, additionally support the National Sales Manager in reaching targets and employer engagement initiatives including recruitment strategies and the building of stakeholder relationships.

Relevant Qualifications:

  • CILT Professional Diploma Level 5 in Logistics & Transport Management.
  • City & Guilds Level 4 in Management.
  • ILM Level 3 in Leadership & Management.

Memberships:

  • Member of the Institute of Leader & Management.
