Areas of Responsibility:

• To manage a team of Learning Advisors and Qualifications advisors on a day to day basis in one of Qube’s operational regions
• Internal Quality Assurance
• Manage learner engagement and enrollment
• Performance management of the team and to manage success rates
• To support the business development team where required
• To manage and support External verifier visits from awarding bodies
