Areas of Responsibility:
- Operations Team Management – North.
- Work with the Regional Business Development Specialists (RBDS) to identify caseload and future resource requirements.
- Ensure operating systems relating to funding documentation and operating costs are managed effectively and fully compliant.
- Plan and manage quality assurance / improvement activities in line with Qube’s Quality Cycle.
- Manage Awarding Body Centres ensuring quality assurance is implicit and leads to quality improvement.
- Maintain accurate completions forecasting, focusing on retention, timely achievement, volume and success rates.
- Ensure all aspects of delivery from induction through to exit are compliant with external and internal requirements.
- Maintain 3rd party relationships such as External Verifiers, Sector Skills Councils, the Skills Funding Agency and regional network groups.
Relevant Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 in Management.
- NVQ Level 4 Stage 1 – 7407 Teaching in Further Education.
- V1.
- D32/33/34.
- GNVQ Hospitality and Catering.
- NVQ Level 3 on Licensed Premises.
- NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation and Cooking.
- NVQ Level 2 Food and Drink Service.
