• To manage a team of Learning Advisors and Qualifications advisors on a day to day basis in one of Qube’s operational regions.
• Internal Quality Assurance.
• Manage learner engagement and enrollment.
• Performance management of the team and to manage success rates.
• To support the business development team where required.
• To manage and support External verifier visits from awarding bodies.
