Our Packages
Package 1
16-18 year old Apprentices*
Cost per vacancy | FREE
With many more young people opting to continue their learning whilst at work, there has never been a better time to recruit bright young talent. We can provide a broad range of intermediate and advanced level programmes that Apprentices can undertake in tandem with Employer training. As an Employer, you will receive a £3,000** Incentive from the government if you employ a 16-18 year old and enrol them onto an Apprenticeship. The Apprenticeship will be funded either through your Apprenticeship Levy or through government co-financing, but smaller Employers (up to 50 employees) will have the programme fully funded.
*The Apprenticeship must be provided by Qube Learning. The cost of the vacancy cannot be paid for via the Apprenticeship Levy. ** The Apprentice must be recruited by 31.03.21.
Package 2
19+ years Apprentices*
Cost per vacancy | £250 + VAT
Apprenticeships are for people of all ages and abilities, and are available in levels from intermediate to postgraduate. There are many advantages to recruiting people on to Apprenticeship programmes:
- Employers pay no NI contributions for Apprentices under 25 years of age earning less than £40,000 per annum
- Training will be funded through the Apprenticeship Levy or the government will fund up to 95% of the agreed programme cost
- You will receive a £2k government incentive if the Apprentice is aged 19-24, and £1.5k if aged 25+!**
- Staff retention rates for Apprentices are higher than ordinary employees
- Apprentices tend to be highly motivated and feel better rewarded
- Progression and succession planning becomes easier.
*The Apprenticeship must be provided by Qube Learning. The cost of the vacancy cannot be paid for via the Apprenticeship Levy. ** The Apprentice must be recruited by 31.03.21.
Package 3
Entry Level

Package 4
Supervisory Level
Cost per vacancy | £500 + VAT
The team at Qube Talent fully appreciate the precise requirements that Employers insist on at this level, in particular the need for a range of highly developed soft skills. Additionally, through our group’s nationwide Leadership and Management Team we can further support you with higher level Apprenticeships and bespoke courses.
