Skills Tutor Academy

Here at Qube we are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new ‘Skills Tutor Academy’. Following analysis of our industry and the continuous increase in demand from Employers and individuals looking to upskill, we’re looking to expand our workforce via our own in-house Academy.

The Qube Skills Tutor Academy is the perfect destination for individuals who have a wealth of experience within an industry, such as Logistics, Retail or Healthcare, but are looking for a new opportunity, away from their current role.

The Academy will offer successful applicants the opportunity to pass their knowledge of the industry on to our Students and work with them to gain recognised qualifications, whilst gaining a teaching/assessor qualification themselves.

With the scope to work with brands such as JD Group, Avery Healthcare, Sainsbury’s, Priory Group, John Lewis & Partners, our Skills Tutor Academy is set to support all successful applicants with their personal, professional development, arming them with the tutor and assessor skills they need to deliver high end industry training to our Employer base and Students.

Successful applicants will enrol on to a one-year training plan with the first 12 weeks dedicated to intensive training, supporting them to excel into a Skills Tutor role with us here at Qube Learning.

Across the 12 weeks, and beyond, attendees have the opportunity to enhance their personal, professional development, arming them with the tutor and assessor skills they need to deliver high end industry training to our Employer base and Students.
