“I have a passion for learning in the workplace and have been instrumental in developing this in my past roles. Having trained in the workplace when I left school, I am fully aware of the importance of work-based learning. It is essential that people have every opportunity to learn at all times of their career. I am a firm believer of vocational training and feel it has a key place in any future learning. I have a lot of experience of quality assurance and am a great believer of quality and continuous improvement”.
