Ruth handles all recruitment and team issues for us, and is also a Learning Advisor in her home region for the business sector. She ensures our staffing practices are fair and within the Law. We have an Equality & Diversity Commitee which she heads and ensures involvement of other members of staff. This is an active Commitee which guides us in training our staff and learners in Equality & Diversity issues. |

Jane guides us in all areas of Health & Safety, from risk assessments in our Head Office to Health & Safety checks in our learners' workplaces. She also holds training sessions on Health & Safety for our Learning Advisors so that this knowledge can be passed on to our learners. Jane ensures that outsourced Health & Safety courses (including Food Hygiene) are booked for our Learning Advisors or learners. |

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills. As a training provider we must achieve certain standards and Ofsted is one of the bodies which assesses our processes. Ian ensures we are aware of changing regulations, qualifications and standards. He is our Qualification Development Specialist so he is involved in much more than just our Ofsted Assessment. Due to his wide ranging skills Ian has been involved in our learner portfolio development, running staff feedback meetings for our self assessment report, assessing and improving our quality cycle and guiding us through our inspecions from awarding bodies. |

As well as managing our Skills for Life sector of the Delivery team, Louise has recently successfully lead us into achieving the Matrix Standard. Matrix is the quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work.
