What is Train the Nation?

Train the Nation is a countrywide campaign set to support individuals and businesses around the UK with their economic recovery following the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Through this campaign we aim to provide an insight into the vast array of recruitment and training solutions there are available, many of which come at zero or very low cost.

Understanding where government funding can support with training and recruitment is going to be key to businesses recovery plans - this combined with the selection of training and recruitment services Qube have available, we can ensure it plays a key part in your future success.

Upskilling an existing workforce is proven to support retention, customer satisfaction and work productivity. In addition to this, businesses have the opportunity to train new recruits - whether they be employees who are experienced in the industry, but new to the role, or employees who have come from a displaced workforce and are moving across sectors to embark on their new career, utilising their transferable skills. Either way, this combination is set to support the successful future of any individual, team or company.

Many businesses have, or will soon see, employees returning to work, whether that be via a remote way of working or back to their usual place of work. A great majority of employees have found themselves furloughed whilst others have felt the disruption of working from home; returning to usual working routines may not come as second nature to all. Here at Qube we have a range of short- and long-term solutions to support these employees, enabling “business as usual” to resume as quickly as possible.

Access to highly skilled talent is one of the biggest issues many businesses face. Firms of all sizes and sectors are grappling with skills shortages, falling productivity and the changing nature of the workplace.

Contact Qube today to discuss the solutions we have available to train the nation, overcome these challenges and support YOUR economic recovery.
