The CIEH Level 2 Award in Cleaning in Food Premises will provide an essential introduction to the hazards associated with cleaning in food premises and how to control the risks involved helping prevent harm being caused.

- Understanding the importance of cleaning in food premises, identifying hazards and controls to reduce risk
- Understanding the need for proper preparation before commencing cleaning operations in food premises, from storage to personal hygiene
- Understanding the range of options available in the methods and materials for cleaning and outlining the controls that can be implemented to prevent cross contamination and facilitate cleaning
- Understanding the importance of measuring the impact of the cleaning undertaken in food premises

Qube can locate a venue near to your premises where we will facilitate the training day; this will include refreshments and lunch as well as a reference book for each delegate, examination and certification.
£65 + vat per person
Option 2
You may have a suitable training room on your premises that you would prefer us to use, this option will include a reference book for each delegate, examination and certification.
A minimum of 10 delegates | £45 + vat per person |
15 + delegates | £40 + vat per person |
