A Level 2 World Class programme for team members which works in tandem with the Level 3 World Class Customer Service Coach programme for managers.

    - Procedures: addressing technical skills, product knowledge, organisational aspects and customer expectations at a personal and professional level
    - Behaviours: addressing communication skills, complaint handling, knowing your customer, selling techniques and friendliness

It is essential that the team have the skills and knowledge necessary so that they can drive customer engagement, loyalty, sales and profit.

Programme Cost
Qube Learning has 2 costing options available:
Option 1
Qube can locate a venue near to your premises where we will facilitate the training day; this will include refreshments and lunch as well as a reference book for each delegate, examination and certification.

£100 + vat per person

Option 2
You may have a suitable training room on your premises that you would prefer us to use, this option will include a reference book for each delegate, examination and certification.

A minimum of 10 delegates £75 + vat per person
15 + delegates £65 + vat per person

The maximum number of delegates for this course is 20.
