Learning Advisors guide our learners through their qualifications using observation, assessment and training to assist in the collection of evidence for portfolios.
The right person will have good communication and interpersonal skills and some understanding of the NVQ process. A full driving license and access to a car for work is essential.
Qube is constantly in search of dedicated individuals to join our delivery team as assessors. Qube is an expanding and successful government funded training provider, with contracts in the North West, East Midlands, London and the East of England regions. Job Purpose
• Planning training and assessments with the learners and employers
• Coaching and guiding the learner through their qualification
• Assessing the learner and ensuring their evidence meets national standards
• Providing continual feedback and support to learners
Essential Experience and Skills
• Minimum grade C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
• Understanding of the NVQ process
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Full driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
• Relevant experience in the hospitality trade (Skills for Life experience not necessary as full training will be provided)
Desirable Experience and Skills
• A1/D32 and D33 Assessor Awards
• Relevant occupational qualifications
• Independent / home-based working

The salary package includes a generous completion bonus scheme. In addition Qube will provide full funding for the training and certification for all relevant qualifications and awards required for practitioners in the assessment and training sector.

This position requires the successful candidate to engage with new learners at our client's premises, and guiding them through the sign up process by ensuring eligibility and determining suitable qualifications.
